I am a Unitarian Universalist minister, a writer, and a public speaker.  I invite you to sign up for my blog Reflections, where I post articles at least once a week.  I contemplate issues of the day, respond to my own life experiences, and even sometimes review films. 

 

My web site will keep you up to date on new publications, media interviews and future public appearances.  I preach at the First Unitarian Church in Portland, Oregon, and my sermons are also available to read online or to watch through this site on YouTube.

 

I communicate in various ways--to touch others, one at a time, in hopes of making a connection and adding to the public conversation.  Join me when you can.
